Tel Aviv: US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said that after the United Arab Emirates, other Arab countries have a strong possibility of recognizing Israel. According to the World News Agency, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has arrived in Israel on an official visit, where he had a special meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu and discussed the situation after the resumption of diplomatic relations between the UAE and Israel.
Addressing a joint press conference after the meeting, he congratulated the people of Israel and the United Arab Emirates on the peace agreement and said that now other countries should also recognize Israel and it has strong potential.
The US Secretary of State added that the recognition of Israel by the Arab countries would establish lasting peace in the Middle East and jointly create new opportunities and possibilities for development in the region. It should be noted that a few days ago, the United Arab Emirates had restored diplomatic relations with Israel and it was being shown that other Arab countries would also recognize Israel, but Saudi Arabia had ruled out any such possibility, saying that Israel will not be recognized before the establishment of an independent Palestine.
